Riddle Answer #5

with 13 comments

‘Riddle Me Rooster’. The least exciting riddle game of the internet comes crashing into your home again with the answer you’ve all been waiting for.

As always; in my heart of hearts I wish I could say that they were all right, but alas that would be anarchy. I can say that there were no wrong answers, (see how I did that there?), but much like the dreaded game of “pick a number” the goal is to say the exact thing I’m thinking of.

What is the only city that has no people?

Right after this…

“If you have trouble becoming aroused, don’t think that it’s God or Mother Nature trying to control you or give you a hint about something. It’s just bad luck. But thanks to money grubbing science you don’t have to worry anymore. There are all kinds of pills to help you achieve the erection you’ve always dreamed about. So don’t just sit there go kill yourself having sex!”

OK, we’re back and ready for the answer.

Again, I’d like to thank all of the answers and submittals that I received. All of them were gems of thought and humor to savor. Each one was immensely enjoyed.

We’d like to thank our sponsor and thoughtster behind the riddle game: http://zodiblog.wordpress.com/

And now, for the answer:

“electricity”

This is where I’m confused. Since Scott is the sponsor of Riddle Me Rooster and has no land, can he be the winner?

Let’s vote on it.

Riddle Answer #4

with 20 comments

Today is a groundbreaking moment in the history of ‘Riddle Me Rooster’. We’ve gone from, “What the hell is this, how could anyone guess that?” to not one right answer, but two!

As always; in my heart of hearts I wish I could say that they were all right, but alas that would be anarchy. I can say that there were no wrong answers, (see how I did that there?), but much like the dreaded game of “pick a number” the goal is to say the exact thing I’m thinking of.

Without further ado, I give you the answer to the riddle of,

There were two roosters in front of a rooster

and two roosters behind a rooster

and one rooster in the middle.

 How many roosters are there?

Right after this…

“Have you ever felt all alone, like no one loved you, cared about you or could even see you? Are there days where you feel like you might make a permanent and serious life changing (or rather ending) decision? Don’t worry. You’re not alone, so suck it up!”

OK, we’re back and ready for the answer.

Again, I’d like to thank all of the answers and submittals that I received. All of them were gems of thought and humor to savor. Each one was immensely enjoyed.

And now, for the answer:

“Three”

Congratulations to Capitalist Lion Tamer and Claire Collins on winning. I must admit I was prepared for two winners, so I’m sorry to report that you’ll have to alternate the housing of the trophy and split the prize, which is a month’s supply of rooster cheese.

Riddle Answer #3

with 11 comments

Now that CLT has pointed out that my riddles make digging threw the “proverbial” haystack seem to be a snowballs chance in hell of getting it right, this just doesn’t seem as fun. As I told CLT though, next week will be easier, more common perhaps.

What’s brown, round and weighs one pound?

Right after this…

“We know when it comes to picking a lie, there are a lot of choices out there. That’s why we urge you to choose the very best and fool proof lies. Here at American Government we strive to bring you the freshest and most unquestionable lies possible. Because lying shouldn’t boggle your mind, your lies should boggle other people’s minds while you run away. American Government, lying everyday… for you!”

OK, we’re back and ready for the answer.

Again, I’d like to thank all of the answers and submittals that I received. All of them were gems of thought and humor to savor. Each one was immensely enjoyed.

And now, for the answer:

“Three day old ground beef”

In a way I think Claire was right, (on a technicality) so in order to make this seem winnable, Claire Collins; you are this week’s “Riddle Champion”. Congratulations and watch your mailbox for your prize, a copy of Alan’s new book, CLT’s new album and Scott’s reality show “Best Of” DVD.

Riddle Answer #2

Not as many answers this time, but some real zingers none the less. I think thus far, my favorite part of this whole thing is the answers y’all come up with, (especially that Claire, the hardest thinking blogger of them all).

What’s short in length

but hard to write

fun to read

but hard to say

easy to know

but embarrassing to get wrong?

Right after this…

“Before I was a rooster, I was a chick. Thanks to Dr. Snipit and Dr. Sewon, I’ve gone from chick to dick overnight and you can too. Just give ‘em a call and see what he can do for you!”

OK, we’re back and ready for the answer.

Again, I’d like to thank all of the answers and submittals that I received. All of them were gems of thought and humor to savor. Each one was immensely enjoyed.

And now, for the answer:

“Sound Effects”
